This striking wall art installation is composed of 25 Noliya baskets, handcrafted in rural Zimbabwe from Ilala palm and the upcycled threads of grain sacks.

Each basket is unique, featuring its own subtle variations and intricate details. Together, they create a captivating graphic composition that transforms any wall into a distinctive work of art.

Three different group of women artisans from the regions of Binga, Matabeleland and Hwange National Park with several hundred women each have been collaborating with our female-founded partner for many decades.

Gift of Nature

Made from Ilala Palm and coloured with plant dyes, the baskets are naturally beautiful and expressive. The brightly coloured baskets upcycle the threads from the grain sacks to the most unique graphic pieces, which can be combined to stunning Wall Art installations.

Same but different

There are no two same baskets and this is what charms us! Patterns change, weaving varies and tiny details will show the human imprint on every basket. The finishings and quality are superb - we also collaborate on larger projects for hospitality or gastronomy lighting.

Garlic gourds

Made from Ilala Palm, these wonderfully shaped garlic gourds are made by the weavers of Matabeleland. Organically coloured to chocolate hues, they seduce us with their various shapes and organic vibes.
