Handwoven shawls and scarves from Addis Ababa, made by a woman-led textile workshop with around 250 artisans. The cotton is grown in Ethiopia and spun by hand, which gives the cloth its soft, slightly irregular surface. Linen scarves are woven semi-sheer and light, for warm days and cool evenings alike.
Traditional Ethiopian motifs meet a calm, contemporary palette, so each piece works with a simple outfit and becomes its quiet highlight. Worn by women and men alike, they are made to be used for years and only get softer with time.
